Floryn House Welcomes New Team
Floryn House is thrilled to announce the addition of our new team members, who have recently joined our family. Throughout the month of April, we've conducted an extensive induction program designed to familiarise our team with our values, procedures, and most importantly, each other.
Our team contains not only our dedicated clinical and care staff but also essential support functions such as wellbeing, reception, maintenance, chefs, and housekeeping. Each member brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to their respective roles, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
During the induction program, our team delved into various topics, including Dementia Awareness, Manual Handling, CQC regulations, Fire Training, DoLS, and Dignity and Wellbeing. These sessions were invaluable in equipping our team with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care to our residents here at Floryn House.
The induction process served as an excellent opportunity for our team members to bond, creating a sense of camaraderie and teamwork that will undoubtedly benefit our future residents. As we eagerly anticipate welcoming our residents to their new home, we are confident that our dedicated team is well-prepared to provide compassionate and person-centred care.
